Overtime may be authorized by the City, as needed, in <br /> accordance with the WSDOT State Audit Guide. <br /> WORK ELEMENTS <br /> Task 1 - Program Management/Consultant Coordination <br /> 1.1 Prepare and Maintain the Project Management Plan <br /> Perteet Inc. shall prepare and maintain a Project Management Plan. The Project <br /> Management Plan shall be updated monthly and be delivered at the end of the <br /> month. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • GEC PSA project management shall begin April 2007 and conclude <br /> December 2008. <br /> Deliverables— <br /> • Initial Project Management Plan. One electronic copy(.pdf format)and one <br /> unbound hard copy. <br /> • Monthly updates to the Project Management Plan. One electronic copy(.pdf <br /> format) and one unbound hard copy. <br /> 1.2 Progress Schedule & Regular Updates <br /> Perteet Inc. shall prepare an initial progress schedule for review by the City. <br /> Upon approval Perteet Inc. shall provide the City with monthly updates.
