2.16.b. Calculate force account work based on WSDOT/AGC Blue Book Rental Agreement <br /> or equivalent means for determination of rates. <br /> 2.17. Maintain files. Maintain orderly electronic records and files at the job site. These records <br /> and files may include, but not be limited to: <br /> • Daily reports <br /> • Preconstruction and construction progress photos and videotapes <br /> • Updated contract documents, including drawings, addenda, proposal, general <br /> provisions, special provisions, submittals and change orders <br /> • Test reports and material records documentation <br /> • Survey notes, including cut sheets (as provided by the Construction <br /> Contractor) <br /> • Transmittal records <br /> • Record of weather and wet days <br /> • Construction Contractor payment requests and prevailing wage certifications <br /> • Submittal transmittal records <br /> • Construction correspondence <br /> • Project photographs (digital format, camera to be furnished by the City) <br /> Standard forms will be used for records and reporting procedures. At completion of the <br /> work, and prior to final acceptance, provide the design engineer and City with all <br /> completed field books,project daily reports, summary tabulations of all installed bid <br /> breakdown quantity items, all filed notes, and other job records as listed(electronic <br /> files). <br /> 2.18. Formal Acceptance, Review and Recommendation. Make recommendations to the design <br /> engineer and City concerning operational acceptance, substantial completion, and final <br /> acceptance of the work. Include review of the requests for extension of time by the <br /> Construction Contractor. Include recommendation for assessment of liquidated damages, if <br /> applicable. <br /> 2.19. Prepare documents to assure the project is administered in accordance with Federal, State, <br /> and/or funding agency requirements, including those of the Washington State Department <br /> of Ecology. <br /> 2.20.
