Oversee all golf shop services and operations including the proper <br /> charging of green fees and other fees; sell, rent, store and/or repair golf <br /> equipment, clothing and supplies, sell instructional services in golf play, <br /> and rent golf cars. <br /> d. Maintain a continuous safety program in compliance with applicable laws. <br /> e. Oversee the reservation system, starting and monitoring of play through a <br /> Marshall program. <br /> f. Plan and schedule the assignment of personnel to cover a seven day per <br /> week operation. <br /> g. Track and verify all players, golf cars and other charges, facilitating <br /> proper controls. <br /> h. Ensure that golf cars are maintained, clean and in operable and safe <br /> condition; inspect the clubhouse on a daily basis to insure facility <br /> functionality and cleanliness. <br /> i. Enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage. <br /> j. Develop and manage innovative tournament programs that service all <br /> customer segments; promote golf activities for the golfing public. <br /> k. Oversee golf instruction, programs and other services for all customer <br /> segments. Ensure that golf is taught only by qualified instructors. <br /> 1. Maintain a close working relationship with department heads and grounds <br /> maintenance supervisors. <br /> m. Assist in the marketing and promotion of play. <br /> n. Assist in the preparation of budgets, including forecasting and review of all <br /> golf shop revenues and expenses on a daily,monthly and annual basis. <br /> o. Maintain and oversee a profitable merchandise operation that is consistent <br /> with customer demographics and needs. <br /> p. Establish sales goals and forecasts for all golf shop programs and services; <br /> monitor and analyze reports. <br /> q. Oversee all golf shop related purchasing. <br /> r.
