4. Assist the Owner in awarding and preparing contracts for construction. <br /> Part 5— Construction Administration Services: <br /> 1. Assist the Owner in reviewing Shop Drawings,Product Data and Samples,for the limited purpose of <br /> checking for conformance with information given and the design concept expressed in the contract <br /> documents. <br /> 2. Answer Contractor's questions during construction(RFI's). <br /> 3. Review and Certify Contractor's monthly Application for Payment. <br /> 4. Attend weekly Construction Meetings and visit the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction. <br /> a.Twenty-four(24)site visits, including preparation and distribution of field reports. <br /> 5. Prepare substantial completion observations(punchlist). <br /> Part 6-Sub-Consultant Design Services: <br /> 1. a. Civil Engineering. <br /> 1. Preparation of schematic design drawing using a site plan provided by architect.The following effort will <br /> be required for the Schematic Design process: <br /> -Coordination with the Architect. <br /> -Preliminary calculations of on-site storm drainage control. <br /> -Schematic-level connection design for water, sewer,franchise utilities,and storm drainage. <br /> -Schematic-level grading in parking lot and at building expansion entraces. <br /> -Prepare sire development drawings and reports, including revisions to the construction drawings based on <br /> permitting agency review comments. <br /> -Provide 16 hours of bididng/negotiation and construct support to assist the project team. <br /> -Update the civil drawings to reflect the final construction civil systems constructed. <br /> 2. b. Structural Engineering. <br /> 1. Project Development Phase. <br /> 2. Program Verification Phase. <br /> 3. Design Develeopment Phase. <br /> 4. Construction Documentss Phase. <br /> 5. Bidding or Negotiation Phase. <br /> 6. Construction Phase. <br /> 7. Provide Building Information Modeling(BIM)Model. <br /> 3. c.Mechanical Engieering. <br /> 1.
