6 <br /> budget funds to other tasks or to accomplish new work tasks if necessary and <br /> upon advance approval by the City's project manager. <br /> 2. Copies of all subconsultant invoices shall be attached with the invoice statement. <br /> 3. Backup information(i.e. timesheets, mileage logs, expense receipts, etc.) will not <br /> normally be submitted with the invoices unless specifically requested by the City. <br /> Backup information will be made available for inspection if requested by City <br /> project auditing staff. <br /> 4. The project schedule will be updated monthly and will be current as of the date <br /> the invoice is prepared. <br /> 5. Project Management is expected for the duration of the project, currently shown <br /> as completing on August 6, 2008. If the project extends beyond this date. a <br /> modification for Project Management costs may be requested from the City. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Monthly progress reports with descriptions of the work performed and cost of <br /> associated work. <br /> 2. Monthly standard invoice. <br /> 3. Monthly summary table of charges for tasks including original estimates, current <br /> invoice charges, total amounts invoiced to date, remaining budget and totals for <br /> each category. <br /> 4. Updated monthly cash flow tabulation. <br /> 5. Monthly updated project schedule. <br /> 6. Summary minutes for selected meetings as directed by the City. <br /> Task 2 —Surveying and Mapping <br /> The pre-design has accomplished the survey control work and mapping of the <br /> existing trunk sewer mains. This task will provide additional design surveying and <br /> mapping needed to produce final design plans (topographic surveys). Utility <br /> designation prior to the site survey will be requested by URS and conducted by <br /> Applied Professional Services (APS), Inc, City forces, and the other utility owners. A <br /> scope for the utility locate services is included as an attachment(Attachment 4).
