Copies of all subconsultant invoices shall be attached with the invoice statement. 3. Backup information(i.e. timesheets, mileage logs, expense receipts, etc.) will not normally be submitted with the invoices unless specifically requested by the City. Backup information will be made available for inspection if requested by City project auditing staff. 4. The project schedule will be updated monthly and will be current as of the date the invoice is prepared. 5. Project Management is expected for the duration of the project, currently shown as completing on August 6, 2008. If the project extends beyond this date. a modification for Project Management costs may be requested from the City. Deliverables: 1. Monthly progress reports with descriptions of the work performed and cost of associated work. 2. Monthly standard invoice. 3. Monthly summary table of charges for tasks including original estimates, current invoice charges, total amounts invoiced to date, remaining budget and totals for each category. 4. Updated monthly cash flow tabulation. 5. Monthly updated project schedule. 6. Summary minutes for selected meetings as directed by the City. Task 2 —Surveying and Mapping The pre-design has accomplished the survey control work and mapping of the existing trunk sewer mains. This task will provide additional design surveying and mapping needed to produce final design plans (topographic surveys). Utility designation prior to the site survey will be requested by URS and conducted by Applied Professional Services (APS), Inc, City forces, and the other utility owners.
