6 <br /> 4. Show right-of-way,centerline and property boundaries on plans. Do not mark or <br /> field locate unless directed by the City. Locate and map all private structures <br /> within City right-of-way. Show property lines from GIS data provided by the City <br /> and field check street addresses. <br /> 5. The first version of the survey base map will be submitted via paper and <br /> electronic copies to the City for review to determine conformance with City <br /> standards for sheet size,layout, layer conventions, etc. <br /> 6_ Set additional temporary bench marks at each street intersection and generally at a <br /> midpoint between intersections. Maximum distance between temporary <br /> benchmarks will be 500 feet in distance or 20 feet in elevation or shorter distance <br /> in order to adequately facilitate construction of the project. Temporary <br /> benchmarks will be established at locations that have no likelihood of being <br /> disturbed during,construction. <br /> 7. Show spot elevations on hard surfaces on a separate layer. <br /> 8. Show and identify all physical improvements, including traffic control and lane <br /> striping that is visible on the surface within right-of-way or easement lines. <br /> 9. Show invert elevations, ID dimensions and pipe material (if discernable) of storm <br /> drain pipes, sanitary sewers,catch basins and manholes. <br /> 10. Show topography lines at 2-foot intervals on roadways, easements, and other <br /> areas where new sewers and force main will be constructed. <br /> 11. Show control points with elevations and point numbers. Identify monuments <br /> based on field book number, page and number, per City Surveying and CAD <br /> Standards. <br /> 12. Survey cross-sections of the streets and alleys at all intersections and at <br /> approximate 50-foot intervals along the streets between right-of-way lines. In <br /> addition, provide survey points with elevations at all driveways, sidewalks and <br /> other existing improvements that would need to be considered•in design of surface <br /> stonnwater runoff and pavement restoration_ <br /> 13. Survey significant features within and adjacent to the back of sidewalk lines, such <br /> as trees and visible or located utilities including individual service lines, water <br /> meters, water and vas valves, manholes,catch basins, power poles, buried power <br /> lines, etc. Survey painted utility locate marks and coordinate survey with utility <br /> locate personnel.
