6 <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Base mapping at scale of l"=20' and topographic contours at 2' intervals per City <br /> CAD and survey standards. Base mapping will be performed from right of way <br /> line to right of way line. Base mapping shall also include the survey control and <br /> existing sewer location/elevation data that was obtained for the pre-design effort. <br /> That portion of the base map (outside the area of-the design project) shall also <br /> meet all requirements of the City's CAD and Survey Standards. <br /> 2. Provide copies of field notes, City field book with survey control data, computer <br /> listings and computer readable files of the survey data points organized into a 3- <br /> ring binder per City direction. The Survey Control binder shall include the survey <br /> control and existing sewer location/elevation data that was obtained for the pre- <br /> design effort. Survey information collected outside the area of the design project <br /> shall also meet all requirements of the City's CAD and Survey Standards. <br /> 3. Provide copies of all utility service record as-built drawings obtained. <br /> 4. Provide paper copies of the survey control drawing for project. <br /> 5. Provide paper and computer readable recovery forms for all monuments <br /> discovered and coordinated by GPS methods. <br /> Task 3 —Final Design <br /> This task will produce plans and specifications for the project improvements.per the <br /> pre-design recommendations. Plans and specifications will be presented at the 30%, <br /> 60% and 90% complete level for complete technical review by the City. Final 100% <br /> complete plans and specifications will incorporate all prior review comments and will <br /> be suitable for public works bidding. <br /> URS Responsibilities: <br /> Sewer Plan and Profile: Develop a detailed design for the force main extension, <br /> sanitary sewer mains(if necessary), manholes, and any lateral connections. <br /> • Prepare and draft construction drawings, special details, general details and notes. <br /> The work associated with facilities to be designed includes preparation of single <br /> strip, plan and profile drawings for the pipeline(i.e. one plan and profile strip at a <br /> scale of 1"= 20' horizontal and I"= 5' vertical). All drawings will meet City of <br /> Everett standards including title block and CAD standards. <br /> 2. Hydraulics: URS will provide hydraulic calculations needed to design the special <br /> flow control stricture(20th St. Diversion) and to characterize operational abilities <br /> and limitations.
