This funding ordinance would provide funding for the completion of the project's design, construction drawing development, surveying and construction support services. The amount also includes a design contingency. Estimated Project costs: Design, Engineering and construction plan development(Nakano) $196,120 Survey of site (Perteet) $ 8,990 Design development contingency 20% $ 41,022 Total Estimated Costs $246,132 Once the construction cost has been identified, and assuming the project moves forward into construction, staff will prepare a revision to the funding ordinance for council's approval to complete the construction of the project. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled"Everett Performing Arts Center Downtown Plaza",Fund 354, Program 036.
