This funding ordinance would provide <br /> funding for the completion of the project's design, construction drawing development, surveying and <br /> construction support services. The amount also includes a design contingency. <br /> Estimated Project costs: <br /> Design, Engineering and construction plan development(Nakano) $196,120 <br /> Survey of site (Perteet) $ 8,990 <br /> Design development contingency 20% $ 41,022 <br /> Total Estimated Costs $246,132 <br /> Once the construction cost has been identified, and assuming the project moves forward into construction, <br /> staff will prepare a revision to the funding ordinance for council's approval to complete the construction of <br /> the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the ordinance creating a Special <br /> Improvement Project entitled"Everett Performing Arts Center Downtown Plaza",Fund 354, Program 036. <br />
