Review and evaluate CCTV videos and sketch maps of side sewer laterals as inspected <br />and documented by the construction contractor (Strider) for the Schedule C project. <br />Approximately 72 side sewers will be reviewed and evaluated. <br />B. Develop a recommended methodology for assessing and prioritizing replacement or <br />repair of pipe defects- Review the methodology with the City and upon concurrence <br />develop a prioritized list of side sewers that need replacement or repair. Provide <br />preliminary recommendations on replacement and repair construction methods and an <br />estimate of costs_ <br />C. Prepare a document (loose-leaf binder or other compendium) with written summary <br />information on each individual side sewer (by address) that identifies the results of the <br />assessment and the recommendations for replacement or repair. Where appropriate for <br />clarity- include photos (still shots from the video) showing examples of problem areas <br />etc. <br />Task 1 — Project Management <br />I.
