Exhibit A (cont.) <br />Task 120 - Project Management: <br />I. TETRA TECH/KCM, INC. will set-up project files and contract information. <br />2. TETRA TECH/KCM, INC. will prepare monthly progress invoices. <br />3. TETRA TECH/KCM, INC. will prepare and distribute meeting minutes for each meeting with city <br />staff. <br />4. TETRA TECH/KCM, INC. will prepare project close out tasks. <br />Task 130 - Optional Extra Services: <br />If the City desires, TETRA TECH/KCM, INC. can provide additional services, on an hourly basis at the <br />rates in affect at the time of service, for work outside the scope listed in this letter. This work may include, <br />but not be limited to, PLC and other programming and support services. An initial budget of 100 controls <br />engineer shall be included but not be utilized unless authorized, in writing (i.e. e-mail request) by the City. <br />SCHEDULE: <br />To be determined by mutual agreement. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />TETRA TECH/KCM, INC. will provide the following deliverable items in accordance with the above <br />schedule: <br />1. Meeting minutes (2). <br />2. Drawings and specifications as defined in Task 1. <br />INFORMATION AND WORK TO BE PROVIDED BY CITY: <br />The following items have identified as items that will be provided by the City: <br />1. Electrical and instrumentation drawings for the facilities associated with the project. <br />TASK 200 — NETWORK EVALUATION AND DESIGN <br />Task 210 - Network Evaluation and Design <br />The existing SCADA network will be evaluated and a new configuration will be developed based on discussions <br />with the City. The new network configuration will integrate the Chlorination Facility control equipment, and <br />have space for future expansion. This task will be primarily done by an IT sub consultant. Tetra Tech and sub <br />consultants will be available for 2 meetings with the City, a network evaluation meeting and a design review <br />meeting. <br />Backup of the SQL database will also be evaluated and options will be presented to the City for consideration. <br />Task 210 Deliverables <br />1. One copy of new network overview drawing. <br />2. Network overview drawing in AutoCAD format. <br />3. SQL database backup options. <br />Task 220 - Network Design Implementation <br />The existing SCADA network will be reconfigured based on the design developed in Subtask 1.1. Tetra Tech <br />will specify, purchase, configure and install new Ethernet switch and other hardware needed to implement the <br />design. This task will also be primarily done by an IT subconsultant. <br />Task 220 Deliverables <br />1. Network hardware configured and installed <br />
