3.2 Report of Replacement Card Orders <br /> Kitsap Transit will regularly provide copies of orders for replacement cards issued under the <br /> terms of the Federal Employee Pass Agreement. <br /> 3.3 Lost Pass Orders <br /> Kitsap Transit shall collect the$50 replacement card fee from Federal Employee Pass holders <br /> who lose cards and request replacement cards. This money will be remitted to Sound Transit <br /> on an annual basis in accord with section 5.2 (g). <br /> 3.4 Pass Distribution <br /> Kitsap Transit shall distribute Federal Employee Passes to Federal worksites as needed. <br /> 4. KING COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 4.1 Federal Employee Pass Card Administration <br /> King County shall manage production and delivery of initial and additional Federal <br /> Employee Pass cards and other administrative tasks related to the production and delivery of <br /> cards under this Agreement. These cards may be released to Kitsap Transit for distribution to <br /> Federal agencies as requested by Kitsap Transit. <br /> 5. SOUND TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 5.1 Invoicing USDOT <br /> Sound Transit will invoice USDOT for the cost of participation in the Federal Employee Pass <br /> program,including the cost of ordering additional cards, additional charges for general fare <br /> increases,and additional charges for fuel surcharges,in a manner consistent with any and all <br /> payment and billing terms included in the Federal Employee Pass Agreement. <br /> 5.2 Distribution of Revenue <br /> a) All revenue received from USDOT for use of Federal Employee Passes on transit bus <br /> (other than Kitsap Transit),light rail and commuter rail services of the respective <br /> Agencies will be distributed directly to local Agencies,as articulated in the Federal <br /> Employee Pass Agreement. <br /> b) All vanpool revenue will be distributed directly to local Agencies for their vanpool <br /> programs as articulated in the Federal Employee Pass Agreement. <br /> c) All revenue received for upgrading Federal Employee Passes to Ship-to-Shore passes to <br /> include use on Washington State Ferries will be distributed to Washington State Ferries, <br /> including any additional revenues charged due to a tariff change or fuel surcharge. <br /> d) All revenue received for upgrading Federal Employee Passes to include use on Kitsap <br /> Transit will be distributed to Kitsap Transit. <br /> e) All applicable pass production costs,Home Free Guarantee program costs in King <br /> County, and other related costs will be distributed to King County, as specified in the <br /> Federal Employee Pass Agreement. <br /> f) All applicable costs for Home Free Guarantee program in Kitsap County will be <br /> distributed to Kitsap Transit, as specified in the Federal Employee Pass agreement. <br /> g) All revenue received for replacement card orders will be distributed to Sound Transit <br /> Sound Transit will submit an annual invoice to KITSAP TRANSIT for all replacement <br /> card orders. . <br /> h) Revenue received for additional cards will be distributed to the Agencies on a quarterly <br /> basis in accord with 5.2 a through f above. <br /> ?
