J <br /> 2.2 Design and Survey--Conduct a topographic survey of the site in accordance with the <br /> City's survey and CAD mapping standards. Design survey will be provided by <br /> MSA's survey subconsultant Perteet, Inc. <br /> 2.3 Preliminary Plan —A site plan will be developed to the 30%complete level, using <br /> the survey information, showing the basic layout of the site, proposed improvements <br /> and discharge location for City review. A design memorandum will also be prepared <br /> identifying the design criteria and elements of the project. <br /> Task 2 Deliverables <br /> • Site survey <br /> • Design memorandum with site plan <br /> Task 3—Final Design <br /> This task will advance the design to the final stage making them suitable for bidding. It is <br /> anticipated that the project will be publically advertised and bid, and plans and specifications <br /> will be developed accordingly. Specifications will be developed in the CSI format. The <br /> "front-end"contract documents will be provided by the City and will be modified to be <br /> compatible with the project. Plans and specifications will be developed to the 60%and 90% <br /> completion levels for submittal to the City and other agencies for review, comments and <br /> approval. Anticipated subtasks include the following: <br /> 3.1 Plan Development—Plans will be developed to the 60% and 90% complete level for <br /> the City's review. Prepare final plans (100% complete) incorporating prior submittal <br /> review comments. <br /> 3.2 Specifications Development—Technical specifications will be developed to the 60% <br /> and 90%complete level for the City's review. Prepare final technical specifications <br /> (100% complete) incorporating prior submittal review comments. <br /> 3.3 City's Review—Five copies of the 60% and 90%submittal packages will be <br /> submitted for the City's review with an estimate of probable construction costs. Meet <br /> with City to review and receive comments on the two submittal packages. <br /> 3.4 Final Plans and Specifications <br /> A. Submit the following to the City for reproduction by the City: <br /> 1. Two full size(22"x34") stamped hard copy plans sets, <br /> 2.
