The City will be <br /> responsible for contractor procurement, construction inspection and overall construction <br /> management of the project. MSA will assist the City by providing the following services: <br /> 4.1 Bidding Assistance—Provide the City with bid assistance, answer bidder questions, <br /> provide addendum items, and attend pre-bid conference at the site. <br /> 4.2 Pre-Construction Meeting—Attend pre-construction meeting. <br /> 4.3 Construction Assistance—This will include up to four site visits during construction, <br /> response to contractor questions and RFI's, and review shop drawing and equipment <br /> submittals. <br /> 4.4 Start-Up and Testing—Assist the City with start-up and testing of the system. <br /> 4.5 Project Completion —Assist the City with final inspection and development of a <br /> punch list.
