EXHIBIT A - 4 SCOPE OF WORK 8. Maintain Files. Maintain hard copy and electronic records and files at the job site. These records and files shall include: • Correspondence • Submittals • Requests for Clarifications (RFC's) • Change Orders • Daily reports • Preconstruction and construction progress photos and videotapes • Maintain complete set of updated contract documents including drawings, addenda, proposal, general provisions, special provisions, shop drawings and change orders • Test reports • Survey notes including cut sheets (as provided by the Construction Contractor) • Transmittal records • Record of weather and wet days and tide levels • Construction Contractor payment requests and prevailing wage certifications • Shop drawing transmittal records • Construction correspondence Standard Contractor (MWH) forms will be used where applicable, for records and reporting procedures. At completion of the work, and prior to final acceptance, provide the City with all completed field books, project daily reports, summary tabulations of installed bid breakdown quantity items, field notes, and other job records as listed above. 9. Formal Acceptance, Review and Recommendation. Make recommendations to the City concerning intermediate completion dates, operational acceptance, substantial completion, and final acceptance of the work. Include review of requests for extension of time by the Construction Contractor. B. Field Engineering Services. Provide the services of a full time Construction Manager/Inspector (and Senior Inspector if needed due to an accelerated project schedule) to perform the following services: CW 1. On -Site Field Observation and Monitoring.
