a <br /> 2.0 Task 200 — Permitting <br /> 2.1 Subtask 201 — Conduct Site Visit <br /> Purpose <br /> A visit to the project alignment will be conducted shortly after the NTP is received. This will <br /> assist in confirming the permits that will be required and the potential impacts so that accurate, <br /> comprehensive permit applications can be developed. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Perform a site visit to the alignment. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Obtain written rights of entry to right of way. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Duration would be five hours and include four consultant staff. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Memorandum documenting what was observed in the field. <br /> 2.2 Subtask 202 — Agency/Stakeholder Consultation <br /> Purpose <br /> Specific permit requirements (submittal requirements, permit fees, approximate timeline for <br /> permit application review) will be confirmed with the various agencies and organizations with <br /> jurisdiction. In addition to agencies, meetings with other stakeholders such as schools and <br /> businesses, may be required. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Work with City staff to schedule meetings with the permitting agencies, jurisdictions, and <br /> stakeholders. <br /> 2. Contacts may be made with any of the following: Snohomish County, U.S. Army Corps <br /> of Engineers (Corps), Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW), <br /> Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), Washington Department of Health <br /> (WDOH), Washington Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. <br /> 3. Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes, and action item lists. <br /> 4. Participate in meetings. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Participate in agency/stakeholder meetings. <br /> 2. Review and comment on meeting materials. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Meetings may not be required with all agencies/jurisdictions/stakeholders. Up to five (5) <br /> meetings are included in the budget. <br /> 7 6 <br /> 2.
