Prepare and maintain a Permit/Approval Status Table containing the following <br /> information: Agency, Permits/Approvals, Consultation and Submittal Schedule and <br /> review Status. The table will be updated on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Review and provide comments on the Permit Acquisition Table. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The Permit/Approval Status Table will become the primary management/tracking vehicle <br /> for the permitting process. The table will be updated bi-weekly or as needed. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. PDF electronic file of the Permit/Approval Status Table each time it is updated. <br /> 2.4 Subtask 204 —State Environmental Policy Act Compliance <br /> Purpose <br /> Compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) is a prerequisite to obtaining any <br /> permits/approvals for the project. With appropriate documentation, an Environmental Checklist <br /> can be used because of the minor and/or temporary nature of some projects. Preparation of an <br /> Environmental Checklist does not diminish the extent of environmental investigation; rather it <br /> results in a shortened process with less paperwork. <br /> The Environmental Checklist would be prepared as a summary of the various analyses of the <br /> impacts developed during the reconnaissance-level investigations. After internal review and <br /> approval, a final Environmental Checklist would be issued by the City, as Lead Agency, with the <br /> associated Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) or Mitigated Determination of <br /> Nonsignificance (MDNS). <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Prepare draft and final Environmental Checklist. <br /> 2. Assist with the preparation of the threshold determination, notice of action, legal notices, <br /> and postings in accordance with the City's SEPA procedures. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1.
