9 1.3. Project closeout and coordination of archival of project documents will be performed by <br /> the City with Perteet's assistance. <br /> 2. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> Construction administration tasks will be lead and completed by the City of Everett Personnel <br /> with field-level assistance by Perteet Construction Observer; construction administration <br /> assistance will be provided when requested by the City personnel as extra work except the <br /> following. <br /> 2.1. Project daily reports and records as requested by the City. <br /> 2.2. Attend the project Preconstruction Conference and Assist City Staff with coordination of <br /> the meeting. <br /> 2.3. Progress Payment Requests. Review Construction Contractor's monthly progress <br /> payment requests, including Design Consultant's recommendations. <br /> 2.4. Attend weekly meetings. <br /> 2.5. Tracking for Force Account Work will be a joint effort by the City and Perteet, force <br /> account will be prepared by Perteet per documents provided by the City as follows: <br /> 2.5.a. Record and maintain file of Contractor supplied labor and equipment time. <br /> 2.5.b. Calculate force account work based on WSDOT/AGC Blue Book Rental <br /> Agreement or equivalent means for determination of rates. <br /> 2.6. Maintain files. Maintain orderly electronic records and files at the job site. These <br /> records and files may include,but not be limited to: <br /> • Daily reports <br /> • Preconstruction and construction progress photos and videotapes <br /> • Record of weather and wet days <br /> • Project photographs <br /> Standard forms will be used for records and reporting procedures. At completion of the <br /> work, and prior to final acceptance,provide the design engineer and City with all <br /> completed field books,project daily reports, summary tabulations of all installed bid <br /> breakdown quantity items, all filed notes, and other job records as listed(electronic <br /> files). <br /> 2.7. Formal Acceptance,Review and Recommendation will be performed by the City with <br /> assistance by Perteet Construction Observer and, if required by the City, Perteet <br /> construction management group. <br /> 2.8. Summary of Office Administration (Record Keeping): <br /> Assist the City in providing documents and records of general compliance. It has been noted <br /> that this project includes federal funds. Therefore,it is assumed that record keeping will be <br /> consistent with Local Agency Guidelines. Items of work may include the following: <br /> 1. Track force account costs. <br /> r ( <br /> 3.
