• EXHIBIT A-2 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> • Task 13 — Project Manual <br /> • Task 14 — Bidding Support <br /> • Task 15 — Permit Support <br /> • Task 16—Meetings <br /> • Task 17 — Undefined Services <br /> TASK 01 — PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> The project will require a range of technical expertise. Activities will be coordinated and <br /> directed with the goals of completing all work within budget, schedule and City objectives and <br /> expectations. Coordination and liaison with the City will be on a regular basis to ensure that <br /> these objectives are met. <br /> Progress, schedule and budget will be monitored weekly. Invoices will be generated every four <br /> weeks. Monthly progress reports will be completed as cover letters for invoices. They will <br /> summarize task progress, identify tasks for next month and show used and available budgets. <br /> Potential out-of-scope items will be addressed after being reviewed for their viability and impact <br /> to the project. <br /> URS will be responsible for the quality of all work and will ensure that in-house quality control <br /> and technical reviews are conducted for all work-in-progress and deliverables prior to submittal <br /> to the City for comment and review. The in-house review will be conducted and documented for <br /> all submittals. <br /> TASK 02 —ARCHAEOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION <br /> No additional work is anticipated under this task. <br /> TASK 03 — GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION <br /> URS will summarize all previously collected geotechnical information for the project, and <br /> present the results as they pertain to the trenching installation.
