Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drain- <br />age, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br />improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department and Planning Department approval of these drawings is <br />required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements <br />shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. (SEPA General Policies) <br />2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br />�C:, <br />the surrounding properties. Any retaining wall greater than <br />three feet high along a property line must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and <br />Shoreline Use Policies) <br />3. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided <br />so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br />rights -of -way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site <br />plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) <br />4. Right-of-way is to be dedicated to the City for street purposes <br />for 36th Avenue W. per the approved site plan and traffic study. <br />= =� <br />(SEPA Transportation Polices) <br />5. INTERMEC shall participate financially in the Paine Field <br />Boulevard Study at the same proportion as other participating <br />property owners have contributed to date. The Study will <br />determine the alignment and preliminary cost estimate for a <br />roadway connection between the west end of Seaway Boulevard <br />across SR 526 and connecting to SR 525.
