An <br />sEn <br />H <br />Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />ca d <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with state <br />M L, <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />x Hcn <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />'9O w <br />drainage, etc. This derision was made after review of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency. This information is available to the public on request. <br />This Determination of Non -Significance is specifically conditioned on <br />compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act <br />on this proposal for 15 days from the date below.
