Housdon <br />Public Works Director <br />City of Everett <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />B®ZrZAV" Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Housdon: <br />Subject: Employee Activity Center Wetland Compensation Plan <br />I am writing to confirm to you that The Boeing Company <br />intends to: <br />(a) require Dames & Moore to prepare a Time -Zero report <br />at the completion of construction which indicates <br />any discrepancy between the requirements of the <br />design documents and the materials actually <br />provided; and <br />(b) enter into an agreement with a mutually agreed upon <br />qualified wetland biologist to monitor and <br />determine the success of the compensation wetland <br />as prescribed in the Monitoring Plan.
