A stormwater managPment program that includes the construction of a <br /> collection system, a retention pond and vegetated bioswale and reuse of <br /> most of the stormwater. <br /> b. Reuse of batch plant wastewater. <br /> c. Use of a routinely maintained "baghouse” filter system that will cc��irol <br /> 99.99% uf incoming grain load of 1 micron particle size and lerger. <br /> d. Periodic maintenance of the paved areas to prevent the buiidup of <br /> material that could become dispersed. <br /> 12. This development shall mitigate impacts to water quality using best available <br /> science. Compliance with City stormwater regulations consistent with state <br /> stormwater regulations s�all be required. <br /> 13. Buffers shall be maintained to eliminate invasive non-native species when <br /> practicable. <br /> 14. Whenever feasible, construction staging areas shall be located outside of <br /> Environmentally Sensitive Areas and buffers as defined in the SMP. <br /> 15. Construction sites and on-going activities involved in the handling and storage of <br /> fuel, chemicals, oil and other substances with the potential for spillage into <br /> adjacent waters shall have operational procedures to prevent and handle <br /> potential spills. In addition, physical structures which would contain any potential <br /> spills shall also be provided. Procedures shall meet applicable local, state and <br /> fe 'eral requirements. <br /> 16. In all new and expanded port and/or industrial developments, the Best <br /> Management Practices and procedures shsll be employed fer safe handling of <br /> fuels and toxic or hazardous materials. <br /> 17. Ports and industry shall empioy Best Management Practices (BMPs) concerning <br /> ihe various services and activities tfiey perform and their impacts on the <br /> s� rounding water quality. Operators shall take all actions necessary to ensure <br /> tha contaminants do not enter the water or storm drainage system. If this event <br /> occ �rs, it shall be imm�:diately rzmedied. Development and operations shall <br /> comply with tiie City's drainage ordinance and stormwater management manual. <br /> 18. The Applicant must obtain approval from the Snohomish Health District for a <br /> septiclholding tank system for sanitary sewer discharges generated by the <br /> proposed development anc+ provide a copy of the apprcval to the City of Everett <br /> prior to issuance of any City permits. <br /> 19.
