Door #10 of the Interior and End unit plans and N5 <br />of the Interior unit plan should be revised. Section 1006.10.3, Item N8 <br />For a hinge side approach, where a door must be pushed to be opened, an unobstructed floor <br />space, measured from the latch side, should be shown to extend across the width of the <br />doorway and beyond the hinge side of the door for a total width of not less than 54 inches, <br />and at least 48 inches perpendicular to the doorway. An accessible or adaptable <br />lavatory may be located in the clear floor space if the edge of the lavatory is at least 15" from the <br />centerline of the water closet.
