The units shown on Sheets A-3.3 & A-3.5 appear to be <br />duplicates of the previous units and have not been reviewed. <br />dThe plans should show where support blocking for future toilet and tub grab bars is to be <br />provided in the adaptable units. Section 1106.27.2.1 <br />Accessible openings shot,:d have a 32" minimum clear width per Section 1106.10.2. Note that <br />2'-8" doors may not achieve this due to the stops and door thickness on the hinge. The doors <br />within the dwelling units should be verified for compliance. <br />014. he following comments apply to the one designated accessible bathroom in Type A and B <br />dwelling units per Section 1105.2.2: <br />Cahe height, and clearances of the accessible toilets and lavatories should be shown. A <br />maximum 3/4" door threshold is permitted for the sliding glass doors.
