That inforniation has not been shown on the landscape plan. <br /> 2. The Information for Developer attachment to the MDNS issued for the proposal (SEPA N64-97) <br /> included a requirement tha[ refuse disposal and recyclin� areas be provi.ied on all commercial <br /> and industrial developmen[s. The site plan does not show the location of these facilities. <br /> A copy of[hese requiremen[s is a[tached [o this letter. Before the Planning Depar[ment can sign off on <br /> the Building Permit, a revised landscape plan must be submitted and the location of refuse and <br /> recycling areas must be provided.
