r Appropriate technical information and other materials as appropriate • Submit draft subarea plan and draft SEPA/CMA EIS document to City staff in advance of the stakeholder meeting. Obtain City staff comments on these draft documents via conference call prior to the stakeholder meeting. • Present draft plan EIS to Project Stakeholder Group at one meeting. .Review and comment on City's draft of shoreline master program amendments based on the Project Stakeholder Croup preferred alternative,including: -Sections 4.15 Urban Conservancy Agriculture Interim and any other designation sections needed to reflect the preferred alternative: Section 3.11.J Restoration Element discussion of Marshlands -Any new policies or regulations needed in Section 3.9 Conservation Element. -Any other revisions needed to implement the preferred alternative. • Review and comment on City prepared notice of Plan/EIS availability and distribution list. Attend one meeting with City staff where they present the revised draft plan EIS to the public and Parks/ Planning Commissions with Commissions making recommendation to City Council on preferred alternative. • Meet with City staff at one meeting to review comments on Draft EIS prior to making final EIS revisions. • Review the comment response memorandum prepared by City staff for final EIS. • Prepare a comment response section for the final EIS based on the comment response memorandum. • Prepare Final EIS (FEIS).
