'P!iis Staff <br />review is restricted solely to that suUject. <br />All comr.ients received bacY, from City Departments indicated <br />no proUlems with the eas�ment, per se. While the Staff is <br />generally'opposed to random application of easements as a <br />substitute for public streets, it would appear that a justi- <br />fiable hardship er.i.sts, that being th� location of a house <br />in the path of an extended Right oF Way along 49th Street. <br />There must Ue assurances, ho�rever, that tl�e easement will <br />alv�ays be open and unobstructed and that the most oresterly <br />property is easily located ay emergency equipment. <br />
