I don't remenber what he said but it was an errand he had to run. I have seen Doyle at the mill on other occasions and it appears that he is employed there. After talking with Georqe, I went back to my car and George continued operation of the hacker. Coming out of the mill area I started to drive down 51st Street, when a neighbor stopped me. He asked if there wasn't something the City could do to stop the mill operation. He said that workers are out there at 7:30 a.m. and start the mill and run it throuqh late hours at night. He said they also run the mill on weekends. I didn't get the gentleman's name tl�at I was talking with but he seemed quite con- cerned about the mi11 operation. The gentleman also stated that Carl Condit, previous owner of the mill, was living in one of the sheds at the mill.
