The subject property <br />slopes to the north, and therefore it seems any potential slope movement would not <br />adversely effect the foundation of the house to the east of the northem sloping hill. <br />• Alteration of the natural water table: The type of activity occurring on site would not <br />normally effect the water table. <br />The subject site is a legal building lot for which the property owner has sought to <br />construct a residence consistent with City standards, including zoning, building, and <br />public works requirements. The City is continuing to work with Mr. Schwab to insure that <br />construction of his residence is consistent with city code, and provides any necessary <br />mitigation resulting from the development on site. <br />I hope that the above information will alleviate some of your concems and answer any <br />outstanding questions you have regarding the development on site.
