On Ociober 27, 2009, the Applicant requested a Special Property Use Permit <br /> and landscape standard modifications for the proposed remodel of existing <br /> James Monroe Elementary School at 10901 - 27th Avenue in the City of Everett, <br /> Washington. The proposal would involve the demolition and replacement of the <br /> existing school buildings and reconfiguration of site access and parking, <br /> increasing on-site parking from 62 to 117 soaces. ThE existing school was built <br /> in 1969 and a covered play area was ac:-'ed in 1987; since those dates, only <br /> maintenance has been performed on-site with no further updates. The existing <br /> 2 <br />
