SCHEDULE B: SMITH ..,LAND LANDFILL 177065B <br />PHASE 2 CLOSURE MPROVEMENTS <br />3.3 GRUBBING <br />A. Grub roots of all trees, shrubs, and bushes greater than 1-inch diameter within <br />clearing limits shown and within the landfill limits. <br />3.4 DISPOSAL <br />A. Clearing and Grubbing Debris: <br />1. Grind or chip all vegetation from clearing and grubbing and distribute <br />uniformly over the ground surface within the clearing limits area. <br />2. Tree stumps and roots that are not ground or chipped to less than 2-inch <br />maximum size shall be disposed offsite. <br />3. Vegetation cleared from within landfill limit shall be tracked into the <br />existing waste surface. <br />4.
