After plugging of Outfall No. 005 is complete, excavate perimeter dikes to the <br />grades shown on the Drawings. <br />B. Excavated dike material shall be placed over re -graded waste material and <br />stabilization geotextile (where shown on Drawings) as soil cover material. <br />Place and compact soil cover material as specified in Section 02316, Fill and <br />Backtlll. <br />C.
