Novaek Property
51" Place
Everett, Wa.
3.5 Mom Stability
99-11-10
The major factors that are considered when evaluating the stability of slopes are:
1. The type of material present within the slope.
2. The gradient of the slope.
3. The presence or absence of water within the slope
4. The condition of adjacent slopes in the area.
Following is a discussion of the site conditions as they relate to each of the items
listed above.
1. The type of material present within the slope.
The site slopes are made up of very competent, dense soils as previously discussed.
These soils are considered to be very stable under the slope conditions present at the
site.
2. The gradient of the slope.
The gradient of the site is fairly flat through out most of the site. The slopes located
along the western portion of the property both slope to the west and to the north at a
slope gradient of up to 100%.
3. The presence or absence of water within the slope
We did not see any indication of water within the site slopes during our
reconnaissance of the slopes.
4. The condition of adjacent slopes in the area.
We did not find any indication of slope instability during our reconnaissance of the
site and adjacent slopes.
7 GES, Inc.
