Novock Property <br />510 Plo e <br />Everett, Wa <br />4.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />99-11-10 <br />Based on our site reconnaissance, subsurface exploration program and office <br />studies, the development of this site and construction of the proposed single family <br />residence on this lot is feasible from a geotechnical and geological standpoint, <br />utilizing spread foundations and conventional construction measures. <br />4.1 Seasonal Working Conditions <br />Due to the silty nature of the site soils within the building area, the site will be <br />moisture sensitive and highly susceptible to disturbance during extended periods of <br />wet weather. We suggest that the site grading and footing preparation be performed <br />during the dry summer months. Special attention to wet weather construction <br />techniques will be required otherwise. During extended periods of wet weather, use <br />of the silty on -site soil as fill will be difficult or impossible, and we do not <br />recommend using it. <br />8 GES, Inc. <br />
