Refer to Section 01330 — Submittals for submittal requirements and procedures, as <br />applicable. <br />B. Submit to the Resident Engineer six (6) copies of a Contractor -designed Erosion and <br />Sediment Control (ESC) Plan within fifteen (15) calendar days of Notice -to -Proceed. The <br />ESC Plan shall be prepared to meet the requirements of all applicable laws, orders, and <br />regulations, and the requirements of this contract as indicated in the contract plans and <br />specifications. <br />C. The Contractor shall implement the approved soil erosion plan and sequence of <br />construction. If the Contractor chooses to modify the approved plan, Contractor shall submit <br />a revised plan for approval. The Contractor shall assume all responsibility and costs <br />associated with a revised plan. <br />1.07 PREVENTION OF EROSION <br />A. Protect open excavations, trenches, embankments and the like with barriers, berms, dams, <br />waterproof coverings, or other measures as required to prevent erosion of open earth areas <br />and excavated piles from storm runoff. <br />B.
