SECTION 91311 <br />PROJECT COORDINATION <br />a.) Coordinate submittals, installation, operation and maintenance, to verify <br />compliance with Project requirements and with Contract Documents. <br />b.) Verify adequacy of service at required locations. <br />6. All Required Submittals: Prior to submittal, in accordance with Section 01330, review <br />for compliance with Contract Documents. The Contractor shall review, coordinate and <br />approve all subcontractor submittals. All submittals must be submitted by the <br />Contractor, and not by others. <br />7. Coordinate Drawings <br />a.) Prepare as required to ensure coordination of Work, and to minimize conflicts <br />between disciplines and trades. <br />b.) Submit to the Resident Engineer for review. <br />c.) Reproduce and distribute approved copies to all concerned parties. <br />8. Observe required testing: maintain a record of tests as required by Section 01400 — <br />Quality Control. <br />9. Verify that subcontractors maintain accurate record documents. <br />10. Substitutions <br />a.) Review proposals and requests <br />i) Check for compliance with Contract Documents. <br />ii) Verify compatibility with work and equipment of other trades. <br />b.) Submit to the Resident Engineer for approval in with the General Provisions of the <br />Contract. <br />11. Observe the Work for compliance viith requirements of Contract Documents. <br />a.) Maintain list of observed deficiencies and discrepancies. <br />b.) Promptly report and correct deficiencies or discrepancies. <br />12. Assemble documentation for handling of disputes involving mechanical, electrical or <br />other trades. <br />13. Commissioning <br />a.)
