SECTION 01323 NETWORK ANALYSIS SCHEDULES 1.05 REQUIRED SUBMITTALS A. Schedule of Values 1. When the contract Work is bid as a lump sum, or when the contract includes lump sum bid items, the Contractor shall prepare, submit, and obtain approval of a Schedule of Values in accordance with Section MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT. 2. Any changes in the CPM Progress Schedule shall be reflected in the Schedule of Values. 3. The Schedule of Values shall be used for purposes of progress payment. B. Detailed CPM Progress Schedule 1. Within thirty (30) calendar days following NTP, the Contractor shall submit to the Resident Engineer for review and approval, a Progress Schedule in CPM format for the scope of work of the contract. The Progress Schedule shall provide a complete and detailed sequence of operations and construction of the Work within the time limits specified in the Contract. 2. Network Requirements a.) The CPM Progress Schedule shall contain but not be limited to: i. Critical procurement activities including long -lead items, mobilization, shop drawings, submittals, and sample submittals, Resident Engineer review of submittals, fabrication, and delivery of key and long -lead equipment and materials; ii. Award, NTP, Mobilization, Construction activities, Pre - Final Inspection, Final Inspection, Substantial Completion, Physical Completion, and Final Acceptance. iii. Testing activities, hold and witness points in construction, commissioning, training. iv. Interface activities including interfaces with Sound Transit and work of other contractors at the site. V. Beneficial Occupancy Dates, Milestone Dates, and/or Phased Completion Dates, if specified. vi.
