SECTION 01323 <br />NETWORK ANALYSIS SCHEDULES <br />1.05 REQUIRED SUBMITTALS <br />A. Schedule of Values <br />1. When the contract Work is bid as a lump sum, or when the contract includes lump sum <br />bid items, the Contractor shall prepare, submit, and obtain approval of a Schedule of <br />Values in accordance with Section MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT. <br />2. Any changes in the CPM Progress Schedule shall be reflected in the Schedule of <br />Values. <br />3. The Schedule of Values shall be used for purposes of progress payment. <br />B. Detailed CPM Progress Schedule <br />1. Within thirty (30) calendar days following NTP, the Contractor shall submit to the <br />Resident Engineer for review and approval, a Progress Schedule in CPM format for the <br />scope of work of the contract. The Progress Schedule shall provide a complete and <br />detailed sequence of operations and construction of the Work within the time limits <br />specified in the Contract. <br />2. Network Requirements <br />a.) The CPM Progress Schedule shall contain but not be limited to: <br />i. Critical procurement activities including long -lead items, <br />mobilization, shop drawings, submittals, and sample <br />submittals, Resident Engineer review of submittals, <br />fabrication, and delivery of key and long -lead equipment <br />and materials; <br />ii. Award, NTP, Mobilization, Construction activities, Pre - <br />Final Inspection, Final Inspection, Substantial <br />Completion, Physical Completion, and Final Acceptance. <br />iii. Testing activities, hold and witness points in <br />construction, commissioning, training. <br />iv. Interface activities including interfaces with Sound <br />Transit and work of other contractors at the site. <br />V. Beneficial Occupancy Dates, Milestone Dates, and/or <br />Phased Completion Dates, if specified. <br />vi.
