SECTION 01110 <br />SUMMARY OF WORK <br />This subseclion will be in accordance with drawings GA-99, C-602 C-611 C•612, C-613. C- <br />712, in addition lo the rest of the contract documents, and includes a) through g) and all <br />other associated requirements. <br />a) Sanitary Sewer Main and lateral for fulure toilet dump. <br />b) Sanitary Sewer flushing manhole and Control Valve Box Chamber. <br />c) Flushing Manhole Control Panel Foundation. <br />d) Water line for future layover tacility. <br />e) Air compressor line. <br />f) Electrical ductbank, conduits and electrical pull boxes. <br />g) And all other associated requirements as shown on drawings 6A-88- C-602, <br />C-611 C-612. C-613 and C-712. <br />1.02 LOCATION <br />A. The Work area is located in Everett, Washington. The project is located at 3232 Hill <br />Avenue. The project site is bounded by Hill Avenue on the East, 33rd Slreet on the South, <br />BNSF Railway on the West and Facific Avenue on the North. <br />1.03 PROJECT LOGISTICS <br />A. The Contraclor shatl access the construction site on and off using the routes shown on the <br />drawings. <br />B. The Contractor �nay periodically be required to stage construction operalions off Pacific <br />Avenue. Construction work in this area must be reviewed, coordinated and approved by <br />Sound TransiCs Residenl Engineer, as well as the City of Everett. <br />1.04 CON'fINUITY OF FACILITIES <br />A. Existing City of Everett, County of Snohomish utilities, streets and facilities, except as <br />indicaled in the Contract Documents, will remain in operation throughout performance of lhe <br />Work. Shutdowns of such utiliiies, streets and facilities and interference with normal <br />operations and maintenance is prohibited without written authorization irom City of Everett <br />andlor Snohomish County PUD. <br />1.05 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES <br />A. It is assumed that existing facilities outside the scope of the Work are in good repair. <br />Damage or defects noiiced by lhe Coniractor shall be reported to the resident engineer <br />immediately and prior to ihe start of Work. Damage caused by the Contractor shall be <br />repaired andlor replaced to a condition equal to or better lhan that existing prior lo the <br />damage, at no additional cost to Sound Transit. <br />B.
