Testimony lhrough correspondence was received from neighboring property <br />owners. Ramona and Robert Fletchen submitted to have no objection to the <br />request and indicated that the proposed construction would not interfere wiP. <br />other people's rights. (exhi6it 5) Randal Fehlhaber submitted a letter indicating <br />lhat conditions should be imposed requiring the building lo match the character <br />of the original duplex structure and the neighborhood. (exhibit 6) <br />13. The City of Everett does not have design guidelines for accessory structures <br />attached to an existing dwelling. (Ingalsbe festimony) Although there are such <br />�uidelines for detached structures, these guidelines canrot be applied to the <br />issue at hand. Notwithstanding, the Applicant indicated a willingness to <br />cooperate with the City in providing a design that is compatible with the <br />surrounding properties.
