If res=eding <br /> is not practical due te weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as <br /> directe:l by the City Engineer. <br /> 'i4.Temporary erosion control measures for cor.struction activity must he operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 15. Detention of storm water n,!no�is required in accordance with City standards. <br /> 16.The site is located within the Silver Lake drainage trasin. Therefore, a wetpond in series with a <br /> vegetated swale is required for storm water treatment. When a vegetated swale is provided for <br /> treatment of storm wa!er, a rriinimum 10 feet of essentially flat ground must be provided between the <br /> swale and any adjacent buildings. Above grade berms for swales and wetponds must be landscaped <br /> per City Design Standards. <br /> 17.Treatment of storm water runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards, prior to discharge <br /> of the storm water from the site or to a stream or wetland. Storm water treatment is required when <br /> 5,000 square feet of pavement is created by a project. <br /> 18.All storm water facilities shall be designed in accordance with City standards. <br /> 19. A 20-foot public sewer easement on the west sde of the property is required prior to building permit <br /> issuance. <br /> 20.A shared access with the south neigiibor is required. <br /> 21.Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 22. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured openings or <br /> where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting purposes, the Fire Department <br /> may recommend or require a key box to be installed in an accessible location. A rapid entry system <br /> may also be desirable in order to avoid unnecessary damage while making entry to any building <br /> during an emergency situation. <br /> Please call (425) 257-8123 for further information. <br /> 23. Premise Identification- Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street entry. <br /> Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to he visible and legible from the access road. Individual <br /> apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the access road. <br /> 24.A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but notcloser than 50 feet, of every structure. <br /> Location of the hydrant(s) chall be approved by the Fire Marshal: <br /> 25. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS AND <br /> FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SE�2VICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> 26.
