Fire Alarm Svstem -An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as required by <br /> City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to <br /> installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins shall be provided in all multiple family, � <br /> commercial, industrial, and institutional developments and shall not be located in a required ' <br /> front yard setback area, or street side setback area for comer lots. Where an alley abuts a <br /> lot, the garbage receptacles, dumpster, or recycle bin shall be located adjacent to the alley. ' <br /> b. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by placing i <br /> the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure.
