13. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 14. Walkways must be provided fiom each buildirig to the public sidewalk. <br /> 15. All exposed ground must be reseeo�d within 30 days of the compietion of construction. If reseeding <br /> is not practical due to weather or seasenal problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as <br /> directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 16. Tempora��erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 17. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 18. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly diffic��lt because of secured openings or <br /> where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fightirg purposes, the Fire Department <br /> may recommend or require a key box to be installed in an accessib(e location. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION ANO ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS AND <br /> FIRE HYDRAhTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTF2UCTION. <br /> 23.
