He is not opposed to the project but would like some canditions required as to the drainage from the apactment sita across his property. Jeanine Oudeans, 12213 25th Avenue SE, expressed her opposit±on to the pcoposal and felt that the drainage issues have not been adequately addcessed. Peggy Clafl:n, 2127 Lake Hei9hts D�ive, stated that this type of development would adversely impact the neighborhood with too many people and too many cars.
