Cauncilmember Gipson said this was one of the betr.ec developments and that the developer has been very coopecative in making suce that all the concerns are at least addcessed. Moved by Councilmembec Ovetstreet, seconded by Councilmemnet Gipson to adopt the resolution denying the appeal aud granting the Shoceline Substantial Development Permit with the amended conditions �7, 8, 13, 15, and 19 as presented :>y the M�ieller Development Company and to add a Condition 30 as follows: 30. That the drainage coucse located on the single family property fconting on 110th Stseet SE imnediately vest of the suhjeet pcopecty (Don Songstad p�operty) , be celocated to follov the common property line and carried th¢ough the Lake's Landing project in a manne� consistent with the recommendations of tl:e Silver Lake Resto[ation study and the requirements of the Public Wocks Depactment.
