The accumulative impact of development or. a <br /> neigt,bochood, the surcounding acea and the City should a11 be <br /> consideced :n the total pictute of enviconmental concecns. <br /> Cauncilmember Gipson said this was one of the betr.ec developments <br /> and that the developer has been very coopecative in making suce that <br /> all the concerns are at least addcessed. They have g�oene:msionshto <br /> has been required and are Willing to make further <br /> assure the success of the project. <br /> Moved by Councilmembec Ovetstreet, seconded by Councilmemnet Gipson <br /> to adopt the resolution denying the appeal aud granting the <br /> Shoceline Substantial Development Permit with the amended conditions <br /> �7, 8, 13, 15, and 19 as presented :>y the M�ieller Development <br /> Company and to add a Condition 30 as follows: <br /> 30. That the drainage coucse located on the single family <br /> property fconting on 110th Stseet SE imnediately vest <br /> of the suhjeet pcopecty (Don Songstad p�operty) , be <br /> celocated to follov the common property line and <br /> carried th¢ough the Lake's Landing project in a manne� <br /> consistent with the recommendations of tl:e Silver Lake <br /> Resto[ation study and the requirements of the Public <br /> Wocks Depactment. <br /> Moved by Councilmembec Stephanson, seconded by Councilmembe� Morcow <br /> to amend the resolution in Condition #7 by adding in line 4 aftec <br /> the Word permits, "The plan will be designed to pcovide a quality <br /> development compatible with existing uses" and add a new section a) <br /> as follows: "1►n inventocy be completed by the developer of <br /> evet9reens on subject propecty and no vaaetation wi11 be �emoved <br /> until final site plan is app[oved. carther the developec will <br /> p�esecve ever9reens within the site plan as concurced with bp the <br /> Planning Depattment and City Council" and each of the following <br /> articles will be redesignated in �lphabetical ocder. <br /> Roll was called on the motion to amend the resolution with all <br /> councilmembers voting yes except Councilmembers ' Ove�sC�eet and <br /> Gipson who voted no and Councilmembe� Langus who was excused. <br /> Motion carcied. <br />
