Shoreline Improvement Coordination. Bay Ridge and its <br />attorney shall request that the City administration meet with <br />Bay Ridge, SLAC and any other interested Property owners for the <br />purposes of discussing evaluation and implementation of <br />coordinated shoreline improvements. Bay Ridge and its attorney <br />will attend such meeting, if convened, and promote the concept <br />of a coordination of shoreline public access improvements. <br />14. Withdrawal of Aopeal. SLAC hereby agrees to withdraw <br />the Appeal and all claims and issues raised in the Appeal and <br />SLAC, its officers, on behalf if themselves and all members of <br />SLAC, either through SLAC or individually, agree, from the date <br />of this agreement, to take no further action either directly or <br />indirectly through third parties to challenge, oppose, limit or <br />in any way impede the development of the Project and shall not <br />challenge or oppose, in any way, the building permits or any <br />other permit, approval or environmental determination issue for <br />the Project now or at any time in the future or take or cause to <br />be taken any action which would delay or impede development of <br />the Project, or encourage other persons or entities to so <br />oppose, challenge, or delay development of the Project, so long <br />as Bay Ridge complies with the terms of this agreement and the <br />City's conditions for approval of the shoreline substantial <br />development permit.
