The biofiltration <br />system for the Project will be designed to meet the standards <br />set forth in Biofiltration Systems for Stormwater Runoff and <br />Water Qualitv Control, Richard Hoerner, December 1988, subject <br />to review and approval by the City. The system shall include an <br />oil,/water separ=tor, grass lined swales including appropriate <br />functional. plantings and a biofiltration system substantially as <br />shown on the site plan approved by the City of Everett. <br />Provisions for continuous perpetual maintenance, including <br />schedule therefor, of the stor.n drainage system shall be <br />included in the recorded Declaration of Covenants substantially <br />in the form set forth in Exhibit B. Bay Ridge shall comply with <br />all construction performance bonds and maintenance bond <br />requirements of the City of Everett and particularly shall cost <br />a maintenance bond or other satisfactory security in the amount <br />of $10,000 to guaranty proper cons L.,:uct ion of the swales, wet <br />ponds and other drainage improvements. The maintenance bond <br />shall remain in place for five (5) years and shall be in <br />conjunction with the conditions of approval of the permit, <br />specifically condition no. 7. <br />The stormwater drainage system plans shall be provided to <br />SLAC's engineer. Bay Ridge shall make its drainage engineer <br />available on a timely basis for a meeting with SLAC's engineer <br />and the City, if desired. SLAC's engineer shall promptly review <br />any drainage plans and coordinate the meeting of engineers <br />through Bay Ridge.
