Failure to timely schedule the meeting shall <br />terminate Bay Ridge's obligation to participate in such meeting <br />through its engineer. Bay Ridge shall pay up to $750.00 to <br />reimburse SLAC for engineering services actually incurred in <br />review of the drainage plan. <br />6. Temporary Erosion Control. A temporary erosion control <br />plan, developed to City standards, shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the City and implemented prior to commencement of <br />construction when the temporary erosion control plan is <br />submitted to the City, a copy shall be provided to SLAC for <br />review, if desired, by SLAC'S wa -r quality expert. Before any <br />significant clearing or grading, all materials and equipment <br />necessary to implement the plan shall be on -site and in place <br />prior to the commencement of construction. <br />7. Right of wav Dedication. Bay Ridge agrees to dedicate, <br />to the City of Everett, sufficient right of way at SR 527 to <br />provide for the ultimate five lane development proposed by the <br />City to include a bus turnout area.
