Most of the individual
points have corresponding drawings revisions that appear on SheeYs 1 and 2.
1. A 36" minimum width egress route has been shown on sheet 2 of the
drawings.
2. The general structural notes have been amended to indicate 5-psf live load
and egress loading of 100psf. See Sheet 1.
3. Per H.N.Lehtinen, Structural Engineer, review the oper.ing does not have
significant negative impact on the lateral forces capability of the wall and
building. Refer to the H.N. Lehtinen drawinq excerpt with note.
4. Per H.N. Lehtinen review the 4 x 12 P.T. is adequate for the load's required.
Per H.N. I_ehtinen stamped drawing excerpt a 4 X 10 DF #2 is adequate. Due
to the incisions inherent on a P.T. wood member the 4 x 12 P.T was chosen.
5. Deck joist are shown as P.T. (pressure treated) on the detail on Sheet 1.
6. Fasteners at pressure treated wood member's. A note has bee added to the
detail on Sheet 1, and added to the structural notes on Sheet 1.
7. Exit signage/emergency lighting has been shown on sheet 2 of the drawings.
8. See the drawing note per comment#7 (above).
9. The Enrapture owner indicates that the shower stall is to be removed.
10. Ret..-to Elevations 7 and 8 on Sheet#1.
11. Refer to the elevation detail on Sheet#1 and the door Schedule and notes
on Sheet# 2.
Thank you for this opportunity.
,r /
-(;t-rr C/.•,.C `/
William C.
