10. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br />a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 1900-2200 wide <br />angle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts with 1" throw and at <br />least 3" screws securing striker plate. <br />b. More windows overlooking the parking lot will provide better <br />security for cars. <br />c. Address and apartment numbers should be 5" letters and should be <br />visible from the street and parking lots. <br />d. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br />candles. <br />e. During final stages of completion, please contact Dick <br />Thornberry, Crime Prevention Officer at 259-0416 for further <br />information. <br />11. GTE Northwest has facilities at this location.
