The plan must include <br /> manufacturer's standards and specifications for <br /> equipment/facilities that will be provided, including pictures <br />� if available. All equipment must be sturdy enough to stand +:p <br /> to years of use by the residents. The two picnic tables and <br /> barbecue will receive approximately .25 acre credit. Additional <br /> facilities must be provided to meet the .3 acre impact. This <br /> could include enhanced lundscaping over the underground <br /> detention vault to create a park-like area, children's play <br /> facilities, etc. <br /> 17. Building facade modulation and roofline variation must be <br /> provided per Section 15.050 of the Zoning Code. Based upon 9,300 square feet of type 5-N, sprinklered, <br /> construction, the fire flow requirement is the Uniform Fire Code <br /> minimum of 1,500 gpm. <br /> 21.
